Adam Taylor
President and Co-founder
Adam is a seasoned public affairs professional and a recognized expert in international trade. He has been a senior trade and economic advisor to a Canadian prime minister and several high-profile cabinet ministers, and business leaders around the world. Adam connects businesses and organizations with trade- and investment-related opportunities in Canada, throughout North America and in markets around the world.
Prior to co-founding Export Action Global, Adam was Managing Director of the International Trade Practice at one of Canada’s leading national consulting firms where he advised clients on trade and public policy issues across leading sectors of the global economy including agriculture and agri-food, beverage alcohol, pharmaceuticals and more.
As a senior advisor to former Canadian Minister of International Trade Ed Fast, Adam helped guide strategic planning for the historic Canada-European Union comprehensive economic and trade agreement (CETA) and Canada’s official entry into the Trans-Pacific Partnership negotiations. He led a team that helped consult, develop and launch the Global Markets Action Plan, Canada’s landmark international trade strategy that focused on advancing core Canadian capabilities in global markets with a particular emphasis on supporting small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). These initiatives required extensive consultation with the private sector across Canada.
In the Prime Minister’s Office, Adam advised on various economic, trade and foreign policy files, including several programs under Canada’s Economic Action Plan and the 2010 Canadian G-8 and G-20 summits.
A frequent media commentator on international trade and economic issues, Adam has been published and broadcast in the Toronto Star, CTV, National Post, Ottawa Citizen, Calgary Herald, CBC, The Wall Street Journal, Inside U.S. Trade, the BBC and more.

Jasjeet is a management consultant, researcher, and policy expert with extensive experience advising private and public sector leaders. For over a decade, he has advised Cabinet Ministers and senior business leaders on bridging the public and private sector divide, large-scale policy reviews, due diligence, market entry, investigations, land entitlements, product launch and program management, and issues and crisis response.
Ana is an innovative and versatile Product Manager with over 15 years of experience. Possessing a Bachelor´s in Science Chemical Engineering, she has launched over 40+ products in the cosmetics, foods, and dietary supplement fields. For over a decade, she led the new product development team at Kerlab Laboratories,overseeing the representation team at international trade shows. She has experience with small and medium-sized companies, as well as international corporations.
Chris has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. He has served as a trusted member of executive teams, and as senior advisor to government ministers, CEOs, and other leaders. He is especially skilled in media relations and issues management.
Across leading sectors of the Canadian economy, Lovika provides clients with data-driven analysis of trade and export opportunities in markets around the world as well as opportunities for foreign companies to expand into the Canadian market. Lovika is passionate about helping businesses and organizations of all sizes develop market entry strategies that will help ensure their export success and continued growth.
Kayla is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals, and excels in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Having experience in various industries including public administration, finance, education and professional services, she applies a systematic approach to solve problems with the ultimate goal of finishing projects successfully. Kayla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Area Studies and International Relations specializing in Poland.
Dylan thrives in a public policy and research environment where details matter. He is especially adept at delving into compliance and technical issues in highly regulated sectors. His comprehensive approach to understanding issues and his attention to detail provides clients with the facts and information they need to make informed business decisions.
Raynam is from Dijon (France) and is studying International business. She is passionate about marketing and helping bridge cultural divisions through trade and global commerce. She has come to Canada to put her skills to use and help businesses around the world enter new markets with confidence.
