Bruce Winchester
Senior Advisor
Bruce is a recognized expert in tax policy, fiscal forecasting, economic modelling and quantitative analysis, He served as the first National Research Director of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation and oversaw the development and execution of their comprehensive federal public policy agenda. He also served as the Research Director at the Atlantic Institute for Market Studies (AIMS) developing the institute’s fiscal research agenda, demographic analysis and freedom of information research projects.
Bruce has extensive experience working both inside and outside government. He has an extensive knowledge of government processes, including regulatory process, telecommunications policy, foreign investment review and treasury board functions. He has completed complex analysis of fiscal and taxation policies both inside and outside the federal government. He routinely provides media commentary on various issues related to Canadian taxation policy, competitiveness and other areas of trade and economic policy.
He has served as a senior advisor to two federal Cabinet Ministers – in the following portfolios: Treasury Board; Public Works and Government Services; Natural Resources Canada; and Industry Canada. Mr. Winchester has a graduate degree in public policy, and has attended the University of Toronto; Carleton University; University of Windsor and Algonquin College.

Ana is an innovative and versatile Product Manager with over 15 years of experience. Possessing a Bachelor´s in Science Chemical Engineering, she has launched over 40+ products in the cosmetics, foods, and dietary supplement fields. For over a decade, she led the new product development team at Kerlab Laboratories,overseeing the representation team at international trade shows. She has experience with small and medium-sized companies, as well as international corporations.
Chris has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. He has served as a trusted member of executive teams, and as senior advisor to government ministers, CEOs, and other leaders. He is especially skilled in media relations and issues management.
Across leading sectors of the Canadian economy, Lovika provides clients with data-driven analysis of trade and export opportunities in markets around the world as well as opportunities for foreign companies to expand into the Canadian market. Lovika is passionate about helping businesses and organizations of all sizes develop market entry strategies that will help ensure their export success and continued growth.
Kayla is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals, and excels in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Having experience in various industries including public administration, finance, education and professional services, she applies a systematic approach to solve problems with the ultimate goal of finishing projects successfully. Kayla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Area Studies and International Relations specializing in Poland.
Dylan thrives in a public policy and research environment where details matter. He is especially adept at delving into compliance and technical issues in highly regulated sectors. His comprehensive approach to understanding issues and his attention to detail provides clients with the facts and information they need to make informed business decisions.
Raynam is from Dijon (France) and is studying International business. She is passionate about marketing and helping bridge cultural divisions through trade and global commerce. She has come to Canada to put her skills to use and help businesses around the world enter new markets with confidence.
